Blocked calls are still coming through

I have iOS 14 and I have blocked a few numbers. Somehow I am receiving their calls and messages. How do I solve this problem?

Please check the following.

Have you blocked the correct number?

Have you used the correct phone number format"

Have you used correct international prefix?
