My iPad screen doesn’t go to portrait mode when turned

When I turn my iPad 90° it doesn’t turn in portrait mode

iPad Air 2, iPadOS 14

You need to unlock the screen you do this by swiping down from the right hand top corner on the screen then there should be a lock button press that and it will remove the screen lock
