You can do nothing, as there is nothing you can do about it.

You can uninstall the kernel extension involved, along with the software that installed it. It’s possible you want to continue using it.

You can try to determine if it really is something you need, then act appropriately:

  • contact the developer to see if they have any intention of updating it for macOS Big Sur.
    • If yes, wait for an update before upgrading to Big Sur.
    • If no, find an alternative or don’t plan on upgrading to Big Sur.
  • Uninstall the kext following the developers instructions.
