I deleted my Apple ID without disabling find my iPhone or log out from my iPhone

So I created this new Apple ID and deleted the old on but unknowingly the old Apple ID was still logged into my other iPhone and when I tried using the iPhone it’s now at activation lock. I’ve put the right credentials to unlock it but no avail, is there a way for this to be fixed? Or my phone is completely done

  • Make sure that you sign out of all your devices to avoid issues with apps that use your Apple ID account or iCloud. After your account is deleted, you can't sign out of iCloud or turn off Find My iPhone Activation Lock on your devices. If you forget to sign out, you might not be able to use your device when your account is deleted.
