Every time I try to sync my music library to my device, it gets the spinning wheel of death.

How do I get my music library to sync to my device, when every time I close out my settings it turns off the sync option that I just turned on?

Hello Gigglesinnh77,

We understand that you're having an issue with syncing music. Are you attempting to sync Apple Music or music purchased in iTunes? If you're attempting to sync Apple Music please take a look at this. Turn on Sync Library with Apple Music

If you'd like to sync music with a Mac or PC, you'll want to follow these steps. Sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod using your computer

If you're still having an issue, please let us know which devices you're using.

Cheers.

Every time I try to sync my music library to my device, it gets the spinning wheel of death.
