From where did you get those musics on the old iPhone?

If they were downloaded from Apple Music or any other music apps then you can't. You will have to download it again on the new device.

If they were synced from PC/Mac then you need to sync it with the new device again.

Alternatively, you may subscribe to iTunes Match. --> Subscribe to iTunes Match - Apple Support
