Siri

Whenever I activate Siri all the response I get is “Sorry, something went wrong please try again in a moment” this is happening on my brand new iPad Pro 2020 but it’s not happening on my iPhone. Can someone please help me?

Hi,

I am suffering the same using my iPhone, I am counting very much for routine task (call x, open y, send to z a message ...etc), so it is kind of essential feature.

Even after updating to iOS 14.1, still the same, and I only recall one thing, and long story short, I have purchased yesterday an Apple TV, instead of choosing my region, I used USA region, could be this the reason? is it similar to you?

I have checked my iCloud and Apple ID setting, found that both are not synced on what I have on my iPhone, it didn't solve the problem, and I don't want to reset all my devices to the default.

Hi,

I had the same problem after the upgrade and solved it by removing a firewall type app called Lockdown. It used a VPN profile which was also removed. If you are using this app or similar you could try removing it and reinstall again after confirming it fixes your problem.

Additionally, confirm it is not a local network related issue by switching off wifi and trying Siri over mobile data.
