Voice Memos editor is not working. When I save a trimmed memo and tap save, a vertical bar appears in the middle and I can't see, play, edit or share the piece.

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities! We understand you are experiencing some issues with editing a Voice Memo that you have recorded. We are happy to help provide some guidance on this.
When you are editing a recording within the Voice Memos app, after you are finished editing and press "Save", you must then press "Done" in the bottom right corner of the screen to finish the edit. You can read more about editing Voice Memos here:

The problem was resolved when I updated to IOS 14.
