my iphone 11 wont charge up to 100% and its stuck on 95% i dont know what to do please help

Give it some more time. Note that charging is slower when the charge has to be made between 80% - 100%.

You may have Optimized Charging set to ON. You can turn that OFF by opening Settings ➔ Battery ➔ Battery Health : Turn Optimized Charging to OFF. Then shutdown your iPhone and restart it. See whether that resolves the issue.
