How to cancel an expired subscription that I keep getting billed for?

I have a few subscriptions that are listed as ‘Expired’ in my Apple ID>Subscriptions, however, I continue to be billed for them. There is no option to ‘Cancel’ them. How do I cancel a subscription that doesn’t offer a ‘Cancel Subscription’ option? I’m using an iPhone XS Max.

iPhone XS Max, iOS 14
