I bought the super drive for my Mac laptop air book and when I plug it in iTunes or my finder is not finding it I was trying to burn a Playlist From my library. Does not seem to be finding the drive

Are you connecting with an adapter? How to connect the Apple USB SuperDrive. If so, can you try a different adapter?
Have you restarted your MacBook Air? Do so once more if you have, but reset the SMC at the same time: How to reset the SMC of your Mac.
If that still doesn't resolve the issue, test the SuperDrive inside a new user account to isolate the issue further: Set up users, guests and groups on Mac.

Thank you all... Did get it to work did have the correct adapter I was expecting to see it shown in my finder that didn’t happen. But it is doing now what I wanted it to do thanks again
