Can purchases be put on different credit cards?

You have to manually shuffle the cards to choose the one you want to use. There isn't a way to assign a card to specific purchases.

Does the credit card shuffling to pay for the different members purchases has to be done by the initiator of the family sharing? Can members choose their own credit card?
The organizer has to shuffle the cards. The members can't access the payment method. They can only use it.
