Not seeing notifications on iPhone

On my brand new iPhone 12 Pro, I am not seeing notifications. Notification settings haven’t changed since I upgraded the phone, but there aren’t any notifications on the Lock Screen or otherwise. Work fine on my iPad with same settings.

have I accidentally turned something off? Am I missing something?

thanks!!!

So here's what I've concluded. During the transfer from the old phone to the new one, the notifications got screwed up. I've gone in to the settings and selected a couple apps to mess with. I turned their notifications completely off, then on and then went to settings, general and shut down. Powered the phone back up and started to get notifications again. It's been working for any app that I've tried it for. I read somewhere to try and reset the settings option, but don't really want to. Hopefully it'll work for you.

My wife and I got new iPhone 12 Pro's. iOS 14.1. Neither of us are receiving sound notifications when both phones are locked. Yes, all notifications settings are correct. I had no issues on my iPhone 11 with notifications. We only receive the notification tones when the phone is unlocked. Will there be an update in the new iOS?
