We see you weren't refunded for a subscription. First make sure the subscription was cancelled and doesn't show up active. Click here See or cancel your subscriptions.

Also, be sure to use these steps to Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple.

If you still don't see any information regarding your refund, click here to Get Support.
