iCloud restore files

i recently pressed the delete my documents and data from my iPhone not realizing it would delete my files from my computer as well. I went to go recover my documents from the iCloud Drive website deleted section but not everything was restored... the deleted folder is now empty and I have no idea where my files are... I called Apple and the man on the phone had no clue...
