Stolen phone 11 pro Max showing location in find my phone

My IPhone 11 pro max was stolen last night (31/10/2020). Last night with was showing my last location in find my phone, today it is now showing a different location (exact address) 2/3 miles away!

I have called EE to blacklist the phone and cancel the sim, I have reported it to the police and I have set up ‘erase phone, function which is showing as pending.

Any advice on what I can do!?!? Should I be worried that they can see my personal details on m phone? I don’t understand how the location is working?

any help or advice would really be appreciated.
