Restore iPhone 11 to old backup

Hi!! I am trying to figure out how to restore my iPhone 11 to a previous back up. I’m trying to do this without connecting it to a computer. Any help would be appreciated. TIA

Check to be sure that your Apple ID's iCloud account is showing that you have a previous backup made at a specific date and time: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204247#backups

If so, then you can erase your iPhone and when you reboot you get the option to restore from an iCloud backup:
