iTunes can't find my iPhone running iOS 14.1 to do a backup. It worked until iOS 14.1

iTunes can't find my iPhone 10x running iOS 14.1 to do a backup. It worked until iOS 14.1

Photos finds it fine and everything works. USB also sees the iPhone. iTunes does not. Click File/Devices and can't sync because iTunes does not see the iPhone

"iOS14 upgrade and iTunes 12.8.2.3 can no longer see iPhone to backup or sync" POST solved the problem.

Down graded iTunes from 12.8.3 to 12.8.2.3 and it now finds the iPhone just as before.
