Keep getting multiple calls from different phone numbers my ICloud is breached

Unfortunately, just continue to block - Detect and block spam phone calls - Apple Support.
Is there a way to stop it? I het a call ever 15 minutes by a different phone number I keep blocking each one only for a new one to call again
