I want the clock widget to show my time zone.

It would be a lot handier if the clock widget showed the time in my location rather than California. So how do you set it to do that?

Add the clock widget to your Home Screen
With the widgets and icons still in edit/jiggle mode tap the new clock widget to edit it's settings
Choose which city you want to display the time for!
