Iphone disabled

Im being told to connect my iphone to itunes as it's disabled,

How do i do this ?

You will need a computer with iTunes installed and the process will erase your phone. Follow these instructions...

If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support

I have no idea what you would tell the OP this? That's not necessarily at all the issue. For example, one can disable one's own phone by entering the wrong passcode too many times. It often has NOTHING to do with why a phone becomes disabled. When you purchase a phone which was owned by someone else, it will be Activation Locked, not disabled.


Be careful when giving advice on a subject you are not well informed on.
