Email not working

Hi since my latest update my emails no longer working. I’ve been updating the password every other day and today it came up with “can't sign in with a personal account” not sure why it is doing this as I’ve used this email address for a few years. Any help would be much appreciated

Have you tried deleting the account, restarting, and then adding the account back?
