Mac OS won't install
macOS big sur suck on 12 mins remaning,have tried shutting down and restarting always stops at 12 mins.

We'd love to assist you with updating to Big Sur. You have done some great steps to try to resolve the issue. Our next step would be to test the issue in a different user account. If you have another user account already set up, then you can use that one. If not, please follow the steps here: Set up users, guests, and groups on Mac to set up and test in a different user account.
