how to Free up storage space in my Mac??

I don't have storage to update my Mac to Mac OS Big Sur.

as you can see i don't have enough storage to update my Mac, 12GB in the apps storage is the Mac Big Sur, I have nothing to delete.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 10.15
