I was invited to subscribe to a Shared Album - it appears on iPhone but not on my Mac

Hi,

I was invited by a family member to subscribe to a shared album and I accepted the invite on my iPhone. The shared album is visible on my iPhone. However, I expected to also be able to see the Shared Album on my iMac, but it does not appear there. I do have Shared Albums turned on and can see other older shared albums, just not the one that I joined yesterday on my iPhone.

Any ideas?
