Charger not working

Hi, I bought a 2M cable charger in May and it is not working. What can you do?

If you are 100 percent sure that the cable or the charger has the issue, it is best for you to get a new one. If not sure, try changing your phone to another charger or charging different phone to your charger and trying to switch different chord to your charger. In that way you can determine if the charger, chord or your phone charging port has the issue. Please refer also to this link https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201569
