Purchasing of Phone

i want to find out if Apple does;

-Overseas shipment

-allow purchasing with credit card outside the US

-allow delivery to person in US when purchased with an oversea credit card

Purchasing with credit card outside the U.S. - No. Only purchase your iPhone in the country where it will be used.
Allow delivery... - No.
