Unblockable email sender (using latest iOS on an iPAD, apple mail)

I am being spammed by an Israeli „company“ that goes by the name of „NANO.IL.2021“, behind which I find „Paragon@paragon-conventions.net“ as an „other“ sender, whose email message, when blocked, always reverts to unblocked.

As a result, I keep getting the spams in my inbox.

Any advice would be fantastic. For example, it would be great if there was a method to manually edit the blocked email list, as is possible on my Mac.

Dear Joseph_S,

your answer was not useful. Your advice is what I already tried, and did not work. Namely, that this sender has found a way to circumvent the act of blocking an email. I.e., even though I block the email, it does NOT get blocked. This means that the blocking flag does not get set, or the email is not added to the list of blocked email addresses.

Surely this should concern us.
