It would appear that appropriate and succinct instructions, as to how you should proceed, have appeared on your iPad screen.


You have three suggested avenues to pursue:


1) Connect your iPad to a PC (with iTunes installed) or Mac computer (with iTunes or Finder - as appropriate for the installed version of macOS) - and use the computer to activate your iPad.


2) wait until later - and retry direct activation from your iPad.


3) Contact Apple support using the supplied URL.
