Dual iMac Monitors

I have an Mac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2015) and an iMac (Retina 5k, 27-inch,

2017). Can I connect them and have dual monitors?

If so what cords/adapters do I need.

No, you are best served by buying a external display. Your question is asked all the time, particularly now as more and more are working from home and looking for a solution. The cabling alone to connect them (if it was possible) would be at least $60-80, use that money towards buying an external display which you can get for about $100-150 for a decent one.
