Hi - we are not apple here, just users like you. In any case, apple won't unlock your phone:

Is it locked from incorrect screen pass code, then see:

If it is activation locked

Depending on "how" it is locked:

Unlock 1 = Apple ID locked:--> If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support

Unlock 2 = Passcode forgotten:--> If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled

Unlock 3 = SIM not supported:--> How to unlock your iPhone for use with a different carrier - Apple Support

Unlock 4 = Activation Lock:--> We can't help, unless you are the original owner and you still have the proof of purchase (receipt/invoice). Shouldn’t be this case, activation lock can be removed only by the previous owner, with the credentials that were used to activate that iPhone. Without those credentials, that device is useless to you.
