AirPlay 2 with Apple TV 4K

I want to get some speakers that do not natively use AirPlay 2 and connect them to my Apple TV 4K. Can I then use AirPlay 2 on those speakers by streaming to my Apple TV?

You can connect any speakers to your TV or audio system, without a need for AirPlay functionality on the speakers.

You can connect bluetooth speakers to Apple TV HD (4th generation) or Apple TV 4K.

You cannot connect Wi-Fi speakers to Apple TV if they do not support AirPlay 2.
