new apple I pad air

looking at buying a new iPad air . I have an I mac using Mac Sierra os 10.13.6. This is not listed as syncing with the new I pad. Am I missing something? dont want to buy a new I mac too !

iPad Air will sync with your macOS 10.13.6 High Sierra running the latest iTunes.
