Who is your email internet provider?

How big is your hard drive, and how full is it?

Are you checking the mail by POP, IMAP, or Exchange?

Have you clone backed up your computer?

Knowing this will help us determine if it is possible to use another client to load the messages, or just dump the mail preferences.
