Songs purchased but unable to play

i purchased a song, but it will not play. i get "This computer is not authorized to play the selection" and it asks me to sign in. after signing in, I get the same disclaimer. This was one of three songs i downloaded, the other two played fine

Delete and redownload the song which won't play; if you get told that you'll be charged again, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance.
