Changing Apple i tunes address

Hi,

I am having difficulty increasing my iCloud space because i cannot make payments in Nigeria.The reason i found out is because i need to first change my Apple address from the US which i initially registered the phone to my home country. Unfortunately i'm told i cannot do this except i'm back in the US which is not likely soon.The other option is to exhaust the amount on my iTunes account.The last option is also difficult because i have below 90 cents in my account which can barely make any purchases. I'll appreciate if anyone could help as my documents are no longer saving on iCloud.

Buy an item more expensive than your balance and use a different payment method to pay the excess amount; if you can't do this, ask the iTunes Store staff to zero it.
