Email for an sbcglobal account - Cannot Get Mail

One of my sbcglobal email accounts is getting the Cannot Get Mail error on both my iPad and iPhone. The error message says "No password provided for [the account]. Please go to Mail Account Setting and enter a password." The password is there and has not changed in months. I followed previous instructions all my settings seem correct. I deleted the account and when I tried to add it back during the "Verification" process I get the same message "No password provided...".


Both my iPad and iPhone are on v14.2.

We'd love to assist you with your email account and getting it back working properly. Are you able to sign into the email provider website using the same password without getting an error?


Also, these steps here: If you can’t send email on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch will assist you with resolving the issue.
