It sounds like you created a separate account to sign up for these communities, if that’s correct then that actually wasn’t necessary. Be sure you are signed into Apple TV Plus with the same ID used to sign up for the subscription, and if so then as previously advised check the account to verify the subscription is still active.

For web access, the show’s details page at tv.apple.com will list all 10 episodes of the first season. The row of episodes scrolls horizontally with arrows on the sides.

Remember to sign in, in the top-right corner.

If you have an active subscription then you would be able to view all episodes available for that series along with other content that is part of Apple TV Plus. You can go into your account to verify the status of the subscription. If there is an error that is occurring please specify what exactly you are experiencing.
