I switched phones and put a large video (hour and a half long) on the old phone into icloud via the icloud drive. It's not there. It's not anywhere: hidden, recently deleted, etc. Help!

Well, it’s not there either. The tech support told me to put it in the drive because of the size.
Then it sounds like it didn't fully sync with iCloud. Do you still have access to the original video?
No, I can’t find it anywhere. I was switching to a new phone, so the tech had me save that video to the iCloud Drive to ensure I still had it after the switch, but it’s not there.
Sounds like it may be irrevocably gone, sorry.
