i want answer about how itunes got money from my bank account for no reason?!

Hi there, on December 2nd i have purchased 9.99$ item for mortal kombat game in my iphone. before that purchase it happens to that itunes took 39.97$ from my bank account. I would like to know where that money go ?! i havent purchase anything else than mortal kombat item which costs 9.99$. Can you please refund that money to my bank account or ... tell me what can i do... or at least add that money to my apple account. thanks looking forward to hear from u soon !
