Adobe doesn't open after I loaded the Big Sur update

I update to Big Sur on my Mac Book air. Now Adobe doesn't open pdf files.

Right (control) click on a PDF file. Select Get Info. Click on the drop down box to select Adobe Acrobat (Adobe is the company, Acrobat is the application). The, click on the "Change all" button underneath. That will make Acrobat the default application for opening pdfs.
