Apple Watch Update Not Working

So I have an Apple Watch Series 3 that needs to update In order to pair it to my IPhone 11 but whenever I try to update it, it gives me the prompt that I’m not connected to the internet and doesn’t let me update. How do I fix this?

Try this;

On the phone Settings/General/Reset/ and tap on Reset Network Settings.
