Target Display Mode with iMac(mid 11) and Macbook(2020)

Hi,

I use an iMac which works fine in Target Display mode with my old Macbook(Thunderbolt 2). Since switching to a Macbook(2020) with Thunderbolt 3, I purchased an adapter Thunderbolt 3-to-Thunderbolt 2 to connect it with my iMac, but Target Display Mode is not working here.

All requirements mentioned in this article are met:

Did anyone have the same issue or can help me nonetheless?

Thanks in advance!
