I have a £0.08balance on my iTunes account and I want to change my country ,but I can't do that til I clear my balance !! I want to know what should I do so that I can change my country or how to clear my balance scince there are nothing in the stores that worth 0.08 £ ?
By the way, I don't want to open a new account because I don't want to lose all the apps and games I bought !!

We see that you want to change your country associated with your Apple ID, but you have a small balance on your account. As you have discovered you are not able to change your country when you have even a small balance on account. You have two options, one is to make a purchase equal to or greater than the balance and paying the amount in excess of your balance. Or you can contact Apple Support and request they zero the balance. You can find more info about this and the contact link in the following support article:
