How can I access my iCloud?

I’m trying to manage my iCloud but I’m oblivious to how apple works.

Sounds like you might need account recovery - Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support.

"If I can't sign in, how do I regain access to my account?

If you can’t sign in, access a trusted device, reset your password, or receive verification codes, you can request account recovery to regain access to your account."

I figured it out but would I be able to get my old Apple ID if I don’t remember the phone number it asks me to place? That’s what I need now and I don’t remember the security question. Let me know.
