Box saying "Clipping contents: text" on screen

Yesterday a small box appeared on the lower right screen. It says "Clipping contents: text" and there is a jumble of letters in it. I cannot get rid of it. Does anyone know where it could have come from and how I can get it off my screen?

Check your >System Preferences>Accessibility

Use the Accessibility Options panel on Mac - Apple Support
