How do I get my messages icon back onto my Home Screen?
I think I had fallen asleep on my phone and had accidentally deleted my messages icon on my Home Screen. How do I retrieve it?

I don't believe you can delete the Messages app. It's possible that you 'Removed' it..
From your Home Screen, swipe left until you get to the App Library.
Swipe downward and you'll get an alphabetical list of all your apps.
Locate the Messages app or use the search field.
Once located, tap/hold until it 'raises' or selects.. then drag and it'll pop back out to your Home Screen.
