Return phone using apple care

Good morning I just received an email about instructions on how to return my 11 Pro because the back glass is cracked .

when I got to the section of money that would be on hold I was confused on exactly what the amount will that I will actually be paying after you recommend damaged phone. I seem a total of 900 something they will keep on hold but it wasn’t clear what my out of pocket cost will be since I paid for Apple Care .
