Hardware upgradability

I am just trying to find out what the options are, no plan made yet but here is the question, can we do hardware upgrade on 2015 macbook pro? I am only thinking about storage and RAM. Is there anyway where users can find that information on Apple's website maybe? I know 2018 MBP is not upgradable. My 2015 MBP currently has 16GB and 500GB and just trying to see if I could double both of them.

Thanks

The RAM in the 2015 models is soldered to the logic board and cannot be upgraded. The internal storage can be upgraded, OWC has kits.
