Hey there yaroslavm,

We'd like to help get the Touch Bar working right, so let's start with ruling out some basics:

  1. You mentioned it occurs sometimes, but if it only occurs when using a certain app, we recommend making sure all of your apps are up to date: Update apps or use automatic downloads
  2. We see you have macOS 11 installed, but the latest version is macOS 11.1. You can verify which version number is installed by clicking on the Apple logo at the top left corner of the screen, then on ‘About This Mac’. Here's how to first Back up your Mac with Time Machine, and afterwards, here's How to update the software on your Mac.
  3. If there's anything connected to your Mac currently(besides the charging cable), it'll be a good idea to test disconnecting it and seeing if doing that makes a difference.
  4. Testing for the same issue while in safe mode is another good step, as well as testing it after restarting normally. As you have a Mac with Apple silicon, check out the section 'Start up a Mac with Apple silicon in safe mode' here: Start up your Mac in safe mode
  5. Does the issue occur if you test in a new user? The steps to try are listed under the section 'Add a user' here: Set up users, guests, and groups on Mac

Take care.
